Isla Mujeres is 30 minutes to an hour ferry ride from Cancun depending on which ferry you ended up onboarding. It is an island off Cancun. It’s small and reasonable quiet. If you decide to check out the markets, the persistent shop assistants from the tacky souvenirs shops are unavoidable. There are many restaurants along the beach ready to provide good customer service and serve a variety of delicious Mexican cocktails with mozarella sticks and bufallo chicken wings. You will also find roaming Mexican female masseuse offering a nice relaxing massage whilst you smell the scent of sea salt and listen to the waves of the Carribean Sea. Ahhh, life is good.
